Sindiso is the Designer & Founder at the eponymous fashion brand she founded nearly 11 years ago.
Sindiso’s brand is renowned for using sustainable textiles such as organic cotton, recycled cotton, linen and hemp. She is intentional about ensuring materials are sourced sustainably. Her brand provides employment to small rural communities in Burkina Faso and South Africa. As well as being an LVMH Prize finalist, she has partnerships with United Nations Ethical Fashion Initiative and Embrace Dignity, a South African NGO who empower women to gain new skills.
Recognition is given to Sindiso for her commitment to creating an independent sustainable fashion brand that honours her heritage and gives back to her community.
