Rebecca is an Executive Director for Sustainability and NPD at Shiseido where she has worked for nearly 6 years and progressed from Senior Manager NPD.
She leads teams instrumental to Shiseido developing sustainable products through formulas, ingredient choice, sustainable packaging and introducing circularity into products through Shieido’s 5Rs: Respect, Reduce, Reuse, Reuse and Replace.
Rebecca is recognised by peers as a leader embodying Shiseido’s Trust Principles. These principles are key to enabling successful beauty innovations.
