Ella is the Head of Sustainability and Innovation at Selfridges where she has worked for 2.5 years and transitioned from Head of Circularity and Innovation.
Ella is responsible for sustainability and adopting innovative and emerging technology solutions. She is a panellist, speaker and judge at important industry forums such as Fashion District London and Drapers. Ella and her team have contributed to efforts leading to Selfridges being awarded Highly Commended Retailer of the Year at UK Green Business Awards and securing an Innovate UK AI Grant of £1m alongside partners TRUSS and Depop.
