Deborah is the ESG Manager at Bose Corporation where she has worked for over 21 years and sits as Chair of the Global Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee.
As part of her role, she has co-authored and led the publication of the 2023 Sustainability Report, established a centralised climate & circularity governance structure and provided specialised expertise on the GHG protocol to senior leadership.
Recognition is given to Deborah for embedding sustainability initiatives across the organisation and raising sustainability awareness of 400 STEM participants.
